Refund Policy

1. NATURE OF SERVICE

Futura Metrics provides digital subscription-based services. Upon successful payment, users are granted immediate access to our platform and features. No physical goods are delivered.

2. SUBSCRIPTION FEES 

All subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or other plans). By completing the payment, you agree to the applicable subscription charges.

3. FREE TRIAL (IF APPLICABLE) 

A) MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

    • Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
    • Users may cancel at any time, and access will remain valid until the end of the current billing period.

 B) ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 

    • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
    • In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

 C) FREE TRIAL (IF APPLICABLE)

    • If a free trial is offered, users may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
    • Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, normal refund rules apply.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

After cancellation:

    • No further charges will be applied.
    • Existing access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

 5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS  

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with the following details:

    • Registered email address
    • Transaction ID / Invoice number
    • Reason for refund request

 6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

 7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Subscription fees after service activation
    • Used credits or consumed services
    • Promotional or discounted plans

Setup or onboarding fees (if any)

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised date.
